Alsace is currently a region of France but it was always a disputed territory between France and Germany. It's not likely that the borders will change in the near future.

Future of Belgium
The separation of Belgium into the Dutch-speaking Flanders region and the the French-speaking Walloon region. What about Flanders to be annexed to the Netherlands and Wallonia to France?
Independence of Wales
The welsh independence movement perhaps not as strong as in Scotland but there is some people that would see Wales secede from the United Kingdom and become an independent sovereign state.

According to a recent article of The Sunday Times Northern Ireland's future in Britain may depend on Catholics voting across the country's religious divide, as figures reveal Protestants are now outnumbered in schools and universities.

There was always a strong support for the independence of Scotland. A planned independence referendum is coming.
Italy split into northern and southern part?
With the new economic crisis there is more chance to see Italy split into northern and southern part? What about Sicily or Sardinia getting independence? Or Corsica to become a region of Italy?
